I have always loved the feeling of receiving a package addressed to me. I’m not talking about spam/junk mail, but a beautiful and thoughtfully put together package from another human being. That said, Ben and I just signed up for our first package exchange!

The emphasis on the exchange is on packaging- how the item looks when you first receive it in the mail- hence the inspiration collage. What a lovely idea by oh, hello friend. I really can’t wait to get our exchange partners (we signed up for 2) and get started on preparing the packages.

If you are interested, the sign up deadline is Monday, July 27, and partners will be assigned the following day on Tuesday, July 28.

So far there are over 170 participants! Photos of all the packages will be available to be viewed on the group’s FlickR Lovely Package.
