Bowling Kitty Set - $40

What have we been up to? Making Bowling Kitties! Ben does all the woodworking and I do the drawstring bags. A friend recently let us borrow more professional woodworking tools so hopefully we’ll be making a ton of them soon. My contribution to the set is making the bags.

Last night while making Kitty Egg Candles, Ben had a little accident and splashed beeswax all over his face! It was horrible. Earlier that day he burned himself while making porkchops too. Poor Ben! We have beeswax splatter all over our workroom blinds now. Ben said it looked like a crime scene of a bumble bee stabbing.

Beeswax apparently doesn’t come out of hair so he had to lather up with olive oil to get it out- now his hair is all greasy.. *sigh* All for the sake of these cute little candles…

These are the “originals” for the Kitty Egg Candles (made with crayon wax!). They look like they’re at a party. There’s one kitty egg in the background flat on his face, like he is passed out.
